Dorm Room Cupcakes!

Well this has been my first actual attempt to cook something that was a little more complicated then my other recipies. It was not hard but it was MESSY. Sooo good though 😍.

There are two ways you can make these cupcakes you can make them in a mug or silicon cupcakes holders. The mug is much cleaner but the holders are so much cuter. You can use any kind of cake batter and frosting I used chocolate Devils cake it is deffinetly a very moist cake. And I used a vanilla cream cheese frosting.

1. Take a mug and add 3 tablespoons of mix.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of water.

3. Mix together

4. Microwave for 1 min

5. Let cool a little bit before you put the frosting on

6. ENJOY!!

Personal Pizza

For those of you looking for a fun simple weekend snack, personal pizza is a great answer. This recipe only calls for 3 ingredients and is ready in minutes. You only need some small p premade pizza crust, the tomato sauce of your choice and LOTS of mozzarella cheese.

1. Lay out your pizza crust and spoon your sauce enough to cover the bottom

2. Cover with cheese (sausage or pepperoni optional)

3. Put in the microwave for about 1;30 minutes

4. PRESTO your own personal pizza.

I like this recipe for a movie night with Friends or for little kids. It's fun to make and clean up is so easy. Being a broke college student I found everything to make the pizzas from the dollar store and spent all of $5 on 4 mini pizzas and they were a blast to make.

Oreo Balls

For my first official recipe and attempt to bake in my dorm I made these delicious things called oreoballs. It is a very simple recipe it only calls for 3 ingredients. Oreos, Cream Cheese and Almond Bark. The steps are really simple.

Step One: Leave cream cheese out until it is warm and squishy it is easier to mix in with the oreos.

Step Two: Crush oreos in a zip lock bag make them as small as possible and then dump them into a bowl.

Step Three: Mix the cream cheese and oreos together until it looks like a chocolate cream cheese.

Step Four: Mold the mix into balls and place on plates.

Step Five: Put balls of oreo into your fridge until they are cold it makes it easier to dip into the chocolate.

Step Six: Melt almond bark in the microwave. The time will vary depending on what brand you get.

Step Seven: Dip the oreo balls into the almond bark and put them back onto a plate and repeat until all of them are covered.

Step Eight: let them cool in the fridge until a hard shell forms.

Step Nine: ENJOY!

COLLAGE

Yes I am aware that I spelled "college" wrong it is a joke. This blog has been created for me to share things that I will learn attending school for the next 4 years and all of the things I am going to attempt to cook out of my dorm room with just a microwave and mini fridge. Follow me as I start my journey in school and cooking from my dorm.
